- Yes. Paid plans start with a 14 day free trial, billed through Shopify only if you continue. The Free plan itself includes 3 scans a calendar month and 3 fixes every 30 days, with no card, for as long as you like.
- Yes. Open billing from the AccessComply dashboard to upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Shopify shows the price, the date it takes effect and any adjustment before you approve.
- A scan checks your public storefront pages, up to 50 on Free and up to 150 on paid plans (400 with Shopify crawler access), at a desktop and a phone width. It runs the SEO, speed, accessibility and AI shopping readiness checks together. Paid plans can scan as often as you like, and also scan on a schedule.
- Rule based fixes are tested changes for patterns such as text contrast, form labels, skip links, keyboard focus, page language, and page titles and descriptions. AI fixes write image descriptions and labels for buttons and links from the content around them, and you can read each one before it is written. Free includes 3 rule based fixes every 30 days, Starter makes them unlimited, and AI fixes come with Shield and Citadel.
- Yes. Theme changes stay in the theme they were written to until you or a theme update changes that file; they do not move to a different theme by themselves. Changes to Shopify content stay in Shopify. The optional storefront helpers stop when the app or its embed is removed.
- No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from Shopify admin. Shopify may also offer a discounted annual plan with a one year term; it shows the exact price and term before you approve.
