: Yes. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial and will not be charged. Billing is managed entirely through Shopify — we never touch your credit card details.
: Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the AccessComply dashboard inside Shopify admin. Plan changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you get prorated credit for the remainder of your current billing period.
: A scan is a full crawl of your storefront. AccessComply visits every accessible page (up to 50), scans each at desktop and mobile viewports, and generates a complete compliance report. Free tier includes 3 scans per month. All paid plans include unlimited scans.
: Deterministic fixes use rule-based code transformations for predictable issues like color contrast, form labels, skip navigation, focus indicators, and heading hierarchy. AI fixes use Claude to generate context-aware solutions for issues like missing alt text and ARIA labels. Deterministic fixes are included in Starter; AI fixes require Shield or higher.
